The drive isn't far, but as soon as you pull out of the neighborhood, the skies open and sheets of rain beat at the vehicles. Bosko drives carefully, knuckles white on the wheel, apparently stressed and needing a fix of some kind. Hank keeps careful watch over the guy, making sure he doesn't call anyone. Marv has to work to keep Bosko's taillights in view with the rain. Thankfully, the drive's over in about ten minutes as Bosko pulls into a gravel parking lot.
The bar looks pretty basic from the outside: A box with white stucco and gray brick on the outside, and a teal roof made of corrugated tin. The sign reads "PARTY TIME," which Bosko explains away:
"Betty just bought the place a few months ago. Says she's saving up to change the sign." The parking lot is mostly empty, but you do see a couple of cars outside, along with a few motorcycles. It's only now close to noon, so whoever this is, they drink early.
