Urthask points out the foe, making it quite obvious where he is and allowing his companions to attack him.

Gongar's hammer slams into the invisible beast, but once again doesn't do any damage.

Shalelu fires three more arrows. All three shots go sailing past her target.

Round Three: Malfeshnekor
The great wolf-monster realizes that his invisibility will not make you abandon your attack and returns to visibility, this time going for Shalelu since she's the only other one that seems to be able to harm him that he can still attack. Miraculously, Shalelu dodges most of the attacks, but is caught by one of the claws, drawing three deep lines of blood across her face. (32 vs AC. Damage: 11)

Round Four: Players (Shalelu and Urthask)
Urthask slashes at the barghest as it rushes at Shalelu, but his attack falls just short of the mark. Not to be deterred, he rushes after the monster and slashes it again as it begins to overwhelm Shalelu, cutting a large chunk out of its flesh.

Shalelu takes a step back and fires her bow frantically at the monster. Her first shot misses, but her next two strike it, one in the chest and one into its open mouth. The great beast falls down, dead.

Searching through the room, you see an ancient summoning circle which has long since been worn away. In the corner, Urthask finds a loose section of stone. Pulling it open he finds a pile of treasure within:

Also among the piled treasure is a beautifully crafted warhammer. The treasure near to the hammer is frosted over and the head has an inscription of a white dragon on the side with a couple of runes under the image. None of you in the room can read the language, but it's quite obviously a mighty weapon. The haft and head of the hammer seem to be made only partially of metal, mixed with veins of pure white streaked through the it.

Not long after Urthask, Shalelu, and Gongar return to Sandpoint, the sheriff and mayor call on you.

"As you're obviously aware," Mayor Devarin begins once you're all seated, "Nualia's situation is... delicate. We've not yet informed the town that she's alive, nor what she's been doing these past years. Before we sentence her with anything, I want to know what you all think should be done with her. I've come to respect your wisdom and would like to know how you feel about the situation."
