Why does this keep happening after character creation, just before the game actually starts?

Yeah. Was longing forward to Con and sister Shenanigans.

Also whenever a WoD game turns up. I have still yet to actually start one..

It's looking that way. Hopefully it's just another delay, though radio silence never bodes well in PbP...
