@Jabes.plays.RPG Bobby's HP seems low for a 20 barbarian. Let me know if my calculations are off:

Level 1 (12+CON) = 19

19*avg (7) = 133

CON*19 = 133 (already added level 1 CON in first step)

133+133+19 = 285

Constitution bonuses are regressive, so that Con-mod of +7 gets added for all levels. That's a pretty good bump for ole Bobby!

Oh I didn't know that. All these years I always thought you start using the new ability modifier for calculations only from the moment that modifier increases.

That's why I calculated like this:
1: Con 17: 12+3=15
2: Con 17: 7+3=10
3: Con 17: 7+3=10

5: Con 19: 7+4=11
6: Con 19: 7+4=11

HP = 226

Sorry, I glossed over that post entirely. Yup, I really like that they chose to make it regressive, otherwise it incentivizes taking all of your CON ASIs early, which is lame.

I just realized that Diana's saves don’t have the proficiency bonus. They should all get an extra +6 (Diamond Soul monk feature gives her Proficiency in all saves).

Bummer Eric wasn't more of a paladin. Assuming 20 Charisma, the aura gives a +5 to all saves, it would've made it very difficult to do almost anything to Diana.

The first post doesn't go up for another hour and we're already shading poor Eric. :( :P

As soon as I read the thread title Bobby's voice popped into my head, clear as a bell. I wonder how long that will be burned in there. And, more importantly, what it pushed out to make room...

This seems like a good time to ask about the items mentioned previously. Did you have any preference of the ones I mentioned that the characters would have, or would you prefer we find stuff as we go?

It's hard to answer a question like that when there aren't hard limits. All of them! I want all the things and all the potions. I don’t know what's areasonable ask, so I'm avoiding asking.
