As I understand it, Legendary Actions must be taken at the end of another creature's turn (unless DM rules otherwise!). After Diana goes, Uni will Heal Self once more.

Action: Attack - 2 attacks with extended Staff against the spirit troll covering Q17
Bonus Action: - Spend 1 ki for Flurry of Blows. Use Drunken Technique, gaining Disengage, +10' move (total 65' move), and up to 5 unarmed strikes as long as they target different opponents. Will be moving between strikes:
* Strike 1: Troll at Q14
* (If Troll at Q17 is still alive) Move > to Q16 (5')

As quickly as the spirit troll falls, Sheila nimble moves to better vantage point with her crossbow. She can not prevent Warduke from his seismic attack, but easily avoids it herself. She pulls the trigger and sends a bolt right down the nasty undead's warlord's throat. "Die you bastard! Die! Die! And stay dead! No more escaping to harm my family and friends again! Never!"

She tugs up the hood of her cloak and vanishes once more.

The wave of destruction rolls over Uni & Bobby. Eric's protective aura softens the blow, but Bobby's ears are still left ringing, and he coughs up black blood as his insides begin to die little deaths.

Sheila's crossbow bolt sank into Warduke's roaring throat, and the evil fighter fell to the ground once more but didn't get back up. Zargash cackled but didn't or couldn't raise Warduke again.

The spirit trolls continued their assaults on Bobby and Uni!

Each spirit troll's claw attack deals 14 psychic damage.
A bite attack deals 19 psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned for 1 minute. The stunned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

And Eric still needs to roll his save to see if he can act next or if he's down.

Presto and Warm Blood start their turns in Zargash's Cloudkill! The cloudkill area is heavily obscured. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, that creature must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. The creature takes 27 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures are affected even if they hold their breath or don't need to breathe. Presto's in control of Warm Blood and can track his HP to ease the DM. I believe I've made both Uni and WB's sheets viewable for reference.

With a shriek, the lich known as Zargash was obliterated under a barrage of light and force! The sphere of noxious death around Warm Blood and Presto fortunately vanished upon the evil cleric's discorporation.

Ok. A lot like Diana's last round.

Move to P15 (20' move)
Action: Attack with staff
* First attack on the troll at Q15. Will spend a superiority die to use trip attack (mostly for the extra d8 damage - DC19 str save to avoid trip, assuming they can be tripped)
* If the troll still lives, 2nd attack on same troll. Otherwise, 2nd attack on troll at P17 with extended staff (trip attack again)
Bonus Action: - Spend 1 ki for Flurry of Blows. Use Drunken Technique, gaining Disengage, +10' move (total 65' move), and up to 5 unarmed strikes as long as they target different opponents. Will be moving between strikes:
* If troll at Q15 still lives, attack it with an unarmed strike.

* Now, here's some wonky if, thens: If the first troll dies from the staff attacks, and if the troll at P17 does not die from the first unarmed strike, attack the troll at P17 again with another unarmed strike.
* If the Diana made an unarmed strike against the troll at Q15, OR if the troll at Q15 died from the staff hits AND the troll at P17 dies from the first unarmed strike against it, then move to P19 (25' or less move)
* If Diana moves to P19, then attack troll at O19 with unarmed strike.

Trying to optimize the use of Diana's flurry of blows strikes based on what happens. If I had the right tool, I'd make a flowchart. ;)

Again, all the flurry of blows strikes will be doing +2d10 force damage, and Diana will gain hp equal to that damage (per Staff powers)

One last thing, both staff attacks rolled a "1" on a damage die, so I'm going to re-roll those per Great Weapon Fighting

P.S. - Sorry these posts are so complex. Diana's level 20 powers seem to amount to "do many, many more things" as opposed to "the one thing you usually do is more powerful"

She snatches a star from her cloak and slings it toward the troll. The moment it leaves Sheila's outstretched hand it flashes into seven bright star-like motes of force that streak unerringly across the distance, to slam into the troll.

Sheila will remain still unless she can lure the troll away with her attack and then move away (north) from the troll as it attempts to close.
