Hank's bow seemed to rise to the occasion, and he intuitively realised that its power had multiplied in the face of their formidable enemies. Hank continued to move forward, but now had a window to fire his arrows at their opponents. Wary that Warduke and Zargash were unnaturally still able to fight, he aimed his attacks at them first, before directing the last of his attacks at the towering anathema.

Moves forward 30'. Hank's bow is now a longbow (thanks DM!) Attack action, Action Surge for another Attack action, and one use of Enfeebling Arrow on Warduke, save CON DC19 or next turn's weapon damage is halved. All attacks on Warduke first. If excess, over to Zrgash assuming Zargash didn't 'die'. If any of the attacks miss (lowest roll is a 20), Hank will use Curving Shot as a bonus action to reroll the attack against a different target.

Tempted to use the -5/+10 from Sharpshooter, but I figured consistently hitting is a better option here. Also, the almighty DM has agreed for Hank's bow to be a longbow! So I'm snipering away!

Diana can do a lot of things, but none of them mitigate a critical hit. Her fate is in the hands of the damage dice gods now.

Hank's barrage battered Warduke but the evil warrior remained standing! The necrotic energy Hank unleashed did nothing to Warduke who fought off its sapping sting.

The Yuan-ti continued its own venom-dripping barrage of claws and body and fangs against incorporeal Sheila!

Warduke is immune to necrotic damage and he passed his save.

Each of the two claw attacks deals 13 slashing damage.
Constrict deals 16 bludgeoning damage plus 7 acid damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and takes 16 bludgeoning damage plus 7 acid damage at the start of each of its turns. Since Sheila's incorporeal, there's no grapple.
Flurry of Bites deals 27 piercing damage plus 14 poison damage.

And because I've forgotten... Bobby, Uni, Sheila, and Diana have all started their turns in the
[ +- ] Ophidiophobia Aura.
Roll those saves. Any fail effects won't be retroactive. ;)
Eric already passed his save so he's immune for a day.

Starting at 5th level, when an undead fails its saving throw against your Turn Undead feature, the creature is instantly destroyed if its challenge rating is at or below a certain threshold, as shown in the Destroy Undead table. (CR 4)

Presto pants with the effort of hurrying to join the others, but it feels agonizingly slow. Even from this distance, however, it's clear that the fight isn't going as well as he hoped it would.

"Warm Blood....can you....get us there...any faster? I hate to ask....but I was never....a runner."

Presto leans against Warm Blood's flank. The nightmare wasn't even trotting. A quick walk seemed to be enough to keep up with Presto.

Though he didn't look happy (if nightmares can ever be happy), Warm Blood said, "Mount, Wizard, and hold on."

Once astride Warm Blood, the nightmare took to the air, and you see the world as Venger must have seen it all those years ago. Focused solely on flying, Warm Blood reached closer to the battle.

Warm Blood moves and dashes to get you both 180 feet closer, so you're now 290 feet from the melee and 30 feet in the air.

...and you've got that Eagle Whistle! If you blow it, I'll double Warm Blood's speed so you move 360 feet and end up 110 feet from the action.

It takes Presto a few tries and a horse-y eye roll from Warm Blood, but Presto finds his way into the nightmare's back. In a moment of pure luck, a whistle comes tumbling out of Presto's pocket and into the crook of his elbow as he leans over.

"Oh! I forgot I had this old thing! I know you can fly, let's see if we can pick up the pace!"

With a blow into the whistle, a reverberating warble echoes into the open air. Warm Blood takes off through the air as Presto does his best to hang on.

I forgot Presto had that. A nightmare's walking speed is 60, double is 120, so a move+Dash should have him at 240 feet in the round. I believe the use of the item is Presto's turn (and he can't cast with his mouth full, in any case).

The Whistle seems to be a free action item (doesn't state an action or bonus action to use), so Presto can act now.
I figured using the fly speed of 90 feet was best for getting furthest quickest.

As the approach, Presto unleashes another blast of lightning from a hand, but this one seems to branch and move chaotically. As it hits the Warduke, three other spikes of electricity splash off towards the yuan-ti and two of the spirit trolls.

Presto casts Chain Lightning. The Warduke, the Yuan-ti, and the spirit trolls at L13 and Q13 need to make DC 21 Dexterity saving throws. They take half damage if they pass.

"Man-child Wizard!" Zargash shrieked as he extended a hand towards Presto and Warm Blood to create a sphere of poisonous yellow-green fog around them!

Zargash casts and concentrates on Cloudkill around Presto and Warm Blood! The cloudkill area is heavily obscured. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, that creature must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. The creature takes 27 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures are affected even if they hold their breath or don't need to breathe.
