Sheila and the couatl can point out where the two invisible stalkers are. Advantage cancels out disadvantage so it's straight attack rolls... at least at first.

Eric raises his shield slightly and whispers to it through his telepathic bond. Aid us shield he thinks and attempts to put the fear of Angharradh into them

Anytime during your turn, you can have the Shield radiate an aura of dread for 1 minute. Any creature hostile to you that starts its turn within 20 feet of the shield must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frightened until the start of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature is immune to this power of the shield for the next 24 hours. Once the shield uses this power, it can’t use it again until the next dawn.

Hank was glad that they cleared Zarak and his defenders. He still hoped they were not too late to stop whatever Kelek wanted to do with Kosar. By now the wizard would know that they were coming.

"Friend couatl, could you scout ahead of us, up the stairs? You ability to move undetectably will help." Hank also considered if Sheila wanted to do the same.

On a failed save, you become frightened for the duration. The illusion calls on your deepest fears, manifesting your worst nightmares as an implacable threat. At the end of each of a frightened creature's turns, you must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or take 24 psychic damage. On a successful save, the spell ends for that creature.

Diana felt the tendrils of magical fear trying to burrow into her mind. When she was young, she had little resistance to such things - fear of failure and frailty lurked just below the surface.

But in the years since, Diana had learned that her mind was hers to control - a fortress. The magic crashed against her mental walls and fell apart. She took a settling breath and gripped the staff.

Oof, bad times even with advantage on saves against spells. I debated Counterspelling, but thought I'd have no problem with the save. That'll teach me to be overconfident.
Presto sees a flash of prismatic light and feels a flash of dread in recognition before...he's somewhere else. A dark place of infinite space, walking along a hard floor. His feet stick to the surface as he stumbles over shapes. Calling up a light, the face of Hank emerges from the black. It's pale, eyes rolled back, still. As the circle of light expands, he sees Bobby, body crumpled into a perverse shape. Eric, Sheila, Diana, they all appear, each with expressions of horror, pain, and none moving.

Presto's eyes widen to discs, his breath quickens to hyperventilation, unable to speak. His hands shake as his mind grinds to a halt. His last thought as his mind locks up...I missed the chance to stop this. It's my fault.

Presto takes 24 psychic damage, now 124/142 after losing the 6 temp hp.
