Does anyone else have Polymorph?We could sneak up closer.
I will use pass without trace for us to sneak.
Then we just polymorph the creatures into a worm or something then carry them back.

I can open a portal that will allow us all to appear next to them instantly. Simply step through and you should then be able to see and engage the beasts.
Does the creation of the portal make noise? If I make i it face away from them then they will not see it.

Spell say nothing about sound or smell - so there is none.
Casting through portal... that's why I don't like so high PC lvls :). Ok did some digging up and found this post which I totally agree with and will rule this way

So, you're standing somewhere in a dark underground passage and there's this portal to Hell and you see a cactus a bit of a ways in and so you say to yourself "Boy, that looks to be about 120' feet away, I should have no problem fireballing that cactus from here", but you are wrong! See, while the cactus may look like its just a hop skip and a jump across the border, in actuality it is only the magic of the portal that allows you (and other stuff) to cross an immesurable gulf and enter the realm on the other side. How far is Hell from the Material Plane? It's not a distance, certainly not in any real quantity like 'feet' or even 'miles'. Your fireball can only target things within several hundred feet-- the catcus, close as it may seem, is immeasurably further away than that. Unless a portal specifically says it alters how magic ranges work, what matters is not how many feet of movement it would take to get somewhere but how close the origin point of a spell actually really is for real (take that, Special Relativity!).

The first one of us through the portal should surprise them so if we have a single good option they should go first.
Otherwise Atlas can cover is with her spell.

Atlas taps her staff on the ground and the surrounding goes quiet. She puts her fingers to her lips and goes "Shss" and waits for the others to decided what more to do.
I have Hallucinatory Terrain. I could sent it on them and make it seem like the ground just gave way and they are stuck on a pillar of dirt.

I am assuming someone grabbed the Pipe. We could try that also...

I would roll stealth for you if you attempt something that has chance (not 0 and not 100%) for creatures to notice you.If Pen casts Arcane Gate I don't see any reason to roll stealth.

Atlas cast pass without trace allowing Pin to create magical gate silently. He is first step through the gate followed by everyone with their backup plans.
It only take a short moment for creatures to smell you ande rise, but that moment is sufficient for Pin to cast his magic.
Unfortunately only one of two creatures turn
Jerinvar, seeing that complete his spell on the second creature just the moment before it open it's mouth.
Leopard stops instantly, though the snakes on it's shoulders keep hissing at you a few more seconds before calm down.
Atlas follow you ready to back you up with halucionations, but the job is done. You have one creature polymorphed into a frog and another creature is charmed for the next hour.
It only take a short moment for creatures to smell you ande rise, but that moment is sufficient for Pin to cast his magic.
