@Qralloq The trick is very good, except for the trait, animal trait means you are using animal your trained.
In your case I would say Agile or Dance depending how you see your trick. I would add Injury and a Dexterity save in case you fall (critical failure in the show)

I wrote Aerial not animal for the trait. Do you still want me to change it?

Yes, Aerial must have an aspect of flying, like in Trapeze. A tight rope walker does not have this trait, agile if the trick is more focused on the technical side with impressive feat of agility, or Dance if the trick is more dancing on a tight rope (although agility would still work).

Would you have another organization in mind ?

I prefer something like
subfora: Game Rules (treads for PC, NCP performance ect)
subfora: Character creation (treads for each players)
subfora: Archive ( prevous game treads chapter 0,1,2...)
root: OOC (everything not-game related)
root: Game treads (ie. chapter 3)

Ok, I tried to simplify:

* Character everything to privately with a character, you should be the only one to access every thread in your character and should not see other player's.
* All Rules directly under Rules
* Circus Management & Show includes all tricks and weekly management
* The Happy Bear is OOC only (that allows to create as many thread as needed)
* Hibernation will be the archive when needed
* Main Thread will be the main game, a resume and when need a thread on current investigations.

Greetings! I am looking forward to this, could I get a quick recap on what the party currently has so I can make something that fills a needed role?

Once I wrapped my head around Core & APG, I was thinking something like Monk, plus Fighter dedication. Lots of Mobility, Action Economy, and some Attack of Opportunity around 4th. With a Bo staff that'd give him reach, plus flanking & tripping, keeping foes locked down for our tank, and away from our ranged, casters & healers.

But again, I am new to the boards, so let me know what the circus needs and I can come up with whatever is needed to fill a niche. I often have multiple character concepts running through my head ...

Hi. I'm currently playing a dwarf monk, but don't mind doubling up.

So far we also have a catfolk swashbuckler and elf investigator. Not quite sure what Smiley is playing yet.

Interesting, Monk & Swashbuckler would make a decent front line, Investigator covers alot of skills ... how are we doing on healing and spell casters?

So far we have a swashbuckler, a rogue, an investigator and a dwarf monk.

I'm thinking of either a ratfolk alchemist as a butcher(read: vendor), or a halfling sorcerer/oracle that likes to tell fortunes for the crowd via the mystic seeker background.

Thoughts?

A sorcerer sounds good, especially since we don't have any casters at the moment.

I might also look towards an Oracle since I want them to have a star theme

Either Sorcerer or Oracle would make you are Charisma primary character, which we could use, given the reliance on Performance checks and the like. Oracle would be healing which, I think, the group may lack, though Sorcerer, depending on Bloodline, could get access to Divine healing as well.

I like the idea of a halfling fortune teller, it fits in nicely with the circus theme. But that's just me, play whatever is going to be the most fun for you!

Have you though about a goblin one ?
