Out of Character Special Creation

Sounds great!

I'm not sure if this the place to ask, but I was reading over the rules and while classes mention "Choice of allowed Class", there does not seem a mention of specifically what that means, although a few other things mention the core and advanced books. Is it the same for classes or can we also play stuff like kineticist, inventor or summoner, which come from different books?

I can't speak for the DM, but I'm playing an investigator, so I image the APG is allowed

Well since then I enlarged somewhat my collection, so I have now Gins & Gears and Secret of magic. I am however a little dubious concerning these class, they look quite potent. So I'll ask first the two players if they would mind someone using them.

I'm fine with any of the classes from those books. I feel like most of us picked a role in the circus, then picked a class to match.

I'm good if someone wants to use classes from those books too.

Guns & Gears and Secret of magic open up gunslinger, inventor, magus and summoner, but not my first choice, kineticist, since that's from rage of the elements. In that case I'm thinking either summoner and do magical performances atop his dragon eidolon or inventor and be the circus engineer/technician/handyman, although I'm not yet sure which.

OK, I've decided on summoner but I was a looking for the races and is the fact most races have less boosts on purpose? Also I'm assuming no "Alternate Ancestry Boosts" or "Optional Voluntary Flaws"?

Voluntary Flaw is Ok, but not alternate ancestry boost.

About the races, I made errors in writing them down.You may choose all races from Core, Advance player's guide or Player's Core.
The stats are the one from the books, not the one written down on the rules (I will delete them shortly)

I ended up making a gnome sorcerer instead of summoner. My character is mostly done, I just need to set up up a few things like attacks and get the dc working on the sheet, along with adding backstory, so I'll go ahead and submit it for now.

Meet Hix the Magical clown:


A wandering magician and clown for the last 50+ years, Hix was most recently a part of the Celestial Menagerie, but did not enjoy his time there. When he found out some members were preparing to leave and set up their own circus, he decided to join them in setting up "Wayward Wonders", were he currently is to this day.
Not pictured here is Rick the Rat, his familiar and assistant in some of the shows, who usually hides under his hat.

I do think my sheet is done at this point, although I did have to make some changes to the logic in it, as the DC's did not seem to working correctly and attacks did not seem to be using any stats beside prof.

I'll look at it tomorrow, the sheet is a work in progress, I'll use your correction and look at the other flaws.
