Level: 6(18) - Specialized brings it down two levels to a 4(12), if only you had had an asset (like a book)

Effect: ?? So close. You think it helps with a pool of some sort, healing it quickly, but just not sure how much or if it affects body, muscle or mind.

Level: 6(18) - Training lowers by one as does the book... tis a 4(12) .... just missed it. ;)
Internal: Pill, ingestible liquid
Effect: You are pretty sure this will restore some vitality to body or mind.... at least you think it will, it could do just as much harm.
