Well, right now nothing. We don't really know you, what were your plans and do you still need a ride ? As I said we have worked with some interesting beings so far. Like most folks we are interested in our own safety but if you had plans a place to actually travel too we might be open to it. If you planned to eat us all and take our boat well that would be a different story entirely.

Cemos moves around behind the creature to put himself in between it and the boat.that was a mistake.
OOC:
bonus action if cast magic weapon and attack with hammer and shield.
Both of those attacks have an extra +1 to hit
I tried to do it like 1d20+3+1 to show the str and the magic effects but it doesn't like that lol... actually I messed that all up both attacks are +6 to the roll to hit if that makes a difference

Cemos swings at Nanny, missing the first time around. As he brings his hammer back, however, he cracks her in the jaw, clacking her nasty teeth together. Just as she turns to look at him from the hit, four red hot beams scream out from Bildaweer's hand, slamming one after the other into her chest. She reels in pain just as Dustin slings a bolt from his hand crossbow that slashes the side of her neck, sending a splash of black blood across Cemos' armor. She howls in pain as Georges and Eldreth run up from the boat, each arriving in time to take their swings at her. From behind her you see a strange sight as a moss covered mushroom rises up from the water and charging, lashing out with a pair of sword strikes.

Georges catches her with his scimitar as Eldreth slams the hag's shoulder with her hammer, keeping her shield up as she'd been taught. Stool, who'd managed to move behind her unseen, giving him a slight advantage as he slices into the back of her leg.

She grins a wicked grin at the group and snaps her fingers. She disappears from sight. You hear no sound and see no trace of her, moving or otherwise.

PCs are up.

Forgot to mention bildaweer, I used both your portent rolls to get you all 4 beams hitting.
Stool releases a cloud of spores but they don't seem to outline anything like a figure for Dustin to aim at.

Dustin curses inwardly since the woman was surrounded how could she slip away.

(Was she on the isle or on the boat ?)

You were all on the isle. She stepped behind the shack and disappeared the first time. When she re-appeared, it was between all of you and the boat (near the dock).

Normal invisible, yes that would work. However, this one it will not (green hags have a special invisibility).

We go over the farside of the boat slip into the water and wait by the isle while the others seem to sail away. If the hag shows up we stealth attack.
