The two siblings rush into the wolf cavern and swing wildly; only Ruthann's spear gains slight purchase. The pack focuses on the one who drew blood. They all lash out at Ruthann...two of which find their teeth sinking into Ruthann's flesh (14 piercing). two begin to find purchase before a barrier pushes off of Ruthann and repels the wolves and their teeth.

Valius is moving forward trying to get the 3 wolves in front of him. Hopefully in a 15ft cube. "Why did you have to agitate them. Just be ready to pull me out should the worse happen. Oh yeah and it's going to get loud."

Ruthann falls to the ground and grabs Mel's leg after HIS SHIELD SPELL takes the hits from 2 or the wolves, sputtering, "This is what happens when you make fun of my beard..... and call me RUTHY......" before pretending to be unconscious for a few seconds.... Then he opens his eyes again and says, "Just Kidding!!!" And jumps back to his feet.

Actually, I just remembered I can cast shield as a reaction!!!!! Damn it all! Ok I'd like to cast shield when the 2nd wolf hits me. That raises my AC by +5 until the beginning of my next turn correct? Which means that. None of the wolves attacks would have hit me correct?Jul 27, 2017 9:55 am

Mel walks to the back of the cave and spots the fissure in the wall. Speaking to Ruthann with irritation, while staring at the fissure. "So, you think the goblins come and go through this little hole. I somehow doubt that Ruthy." She turns to face Ruthann. "What's your next idea? Find a troll cave and season yourself." She pushes past him and walks to the mouth of the cave. Standing in quiet contemplation.
