emsquared says:
Bruv hadn't spent much time in a library for what seemed like years now, but was probably only
close to a year... They were fixtures of his youth, such as libraries were in the Sunderland anyway, bent over tables with scrolls upon scrolls rolled out and weighted down at the corners spread out before him... The arcane, alchemy, and history were all important things to the Sunderland Orcs. And though he didn't take the time to frequent such places of knowledge much in adulthood, it felt natural enough getting back into it.
He drew upon the essence of the place, the ancient air, and earthy smells of the bindings and shelving, and he centered himself with his magicks and hoped he'd find something good.

What an... interesting roll. I'll recovery the Strain I earned casting with 1 of those, and the others... Learn about something related?
To his chagrin, Bruv can't find reference to Blackwing Swamp in any of the sources where he'd suspect to find it. He does come across an interesting collection of Cailn folklore titled
Old Ways and Days in Southern Cailn. The author details several customs that have fallen out of favor since the Third Darkness: training birds to fight, eating hallucinogenic plants, and a preference for ad hoc religious rituals in lieu of organized services.
