Just as the party prepares themselves for the onslaught of the impending fight, four men in bright red tailcoats burst through the broken door, their muskets in hand. Each one has the same dead look in their eye, as if no one was inside anymore. As soon as they spot the party , they bring their muskets up to fire.

Aira raises her hands in surrender, hoping to calm the dazed soldiers. "Queensmen, please, don't attack us. We are friendly. I too am a resident of the Great Isles." Aira's accent grew thicker as she pleaded with the men. "This cursed manor is not our doing, we are just as much victims as you are." Her voice turned hopeful as she tried to reach whatever was left of their humanity. "We can work together! We can escape as one. Unified. As the great throne of England would want."

Charlie hadn't expected Aira to attempt talking her way out of the situation, but from the look in the redcoats' eyes, they'd forgotten all about England. None of her patriotism would help the situation now. Charlie stepped forward and directed his attention towards the second redcoat.

"Turn to the man on your left," Charlie ordered, gesturing to a second Englishman, "And shoot him."

The Redcoat in question jerks suddenly, then his eye's (while still hollow looking) begin to glow purple. He turns to his left and fires. Shooting the first Redcoat in the face, mangling the man's lower jaw.
Somehow the man is not dead, but he breaths are now coming out in deep ragged gasps filled with gurgles from all the blood. His face is a gruesome sight, bone and teeth dangling by loose contacting threads of tissue, but still his eyes are vacant and unmoved.

As Aira smashes the remainder of the first man's head into the floor, it bursts leaving a spattering of fresh blood across everything inside. As Gharn charges down another he seems to cleave straight through the man's arm, almost like it was nothing, his blood too begins to coat the floors. The remaining Redcoats glassily look at their weapons, realizing that they no longer have bullets they change their grip on the rifles and prepare to enter the melee, even the one down one arm.

Charlie stumbled backwards, clutching his side as he crumpled to the floor. A dark red spot spread across his clothing, and with horror, Charlie realized that the bullet had met its mark. He cursed, loudly, before muttering a distressed melody under his breath, directing it towards the man who'd shot him.

The eyes and ears of that particular Redcoat began to bled as the whispered atrocities bombarded his psyche. With as much vigor and purpose as the hollow man could muster, he turns and runs back through the door, fleeing from the wounded mage.

Aira took the musket blow to the face hard but managed to get a hold of the gun. She pulled it from Redcoat 2's grasp while simultaneously spinning her staff up underneath his jaw, breaking his neck. She pivoted and punched the light out of Redcoat 3's eyes, sending him clattering to the floor. She turned once more, leaping towards the western door, meeting Redcoat 4 cowering on the other side. She karate chops him twice in the neck and ribcage, his body echoing with deafening cracks.

The clamor of battle once again settles back to the eerie silence of the decrepit manor. The bloody broken forms of the "men" begin to break down almost immediately, the large pools of blood disappearing as well. Eventually nothing remains of the men save four small sacks were the bodies once lay. As if the fight never happened.
Environment.
Through the broken door is a smaller looking room than the rest, the northern and southern walls are all lined with coat racks, with coats still hanging from them. A Standing mirror is nestled between a couple of the racks, it remains unbroken. To the west is another door, spiderweb like cracks run through its thick wooden form. The blood trail from the tea room continues through here to that door. The frequency and size of the blood spatters have increased.

Inside the sack, Gharn finds a rather confusing assortment of items.
15 dollars, (the dates are recent), a red bottle of liquid, and a bundle of beef jerky (2 rations).
Continuing on to open the rest he finds similar assortments. Leaving the total at 112 dollars, 4 red bottles, 8 bundles of jerky and 2 packages of hard tack.
