A rune stone bears a single simble containing all the power of a single spell. Triggering the rune stone requires only that you be touching it but requires the spell’s normal casting time but no other spell components are needed. Once the spell is cast, the stone crumbles to dust. If the casting is interrupted, the stone is not lost.
The level of the spell on the stone determines the spell's saving throw DC and attack bonus, as well as the stone's rarity, as shown in the table.

While wearing this circlet on an arm the touch of that hand holds the balance of life and death. You know and can cast Spare the Dying or Chill Touch. Spare the Dying can be cast with a range and appearance of Chill Touch.
Someone should buy a Rune Stone of Spirit Guardians. I would but it might be better for me to Concentrate on another spell.

Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes
You call forth spirits to protect you. They flit around you to a distance of 15 feet for the duration. If you are good or neutral, their spectral form appears angelic or fey (your choice). If you are evil, they appear fiendish.
When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it. An affected creature's speed is halved in the area, and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 radiant damage (if you are good or neutral) or 3d8 necrotic damage (if you are evil). On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.

Range: 60 feet

Duration: 1 hour
A 60-foot-radius sphere of light spreads out from a point you choose within range. The sphere is bright light and sheds dim light for an additional 60 feet.
If you chose a point on an object you are holding or one that isn't being worn or carried, the light shines from the object and moves with it. Completely covering the affected object with an opaque object, such as a bowl or a helm, blocks the light.
If any of this spell's area overlaps with an area of darkness created by a spell of 3rd level or lower, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled.
Otherwise I might get a Bag of Tricks, Tan to have a few more companions to attack for us.
