Bildaweer's missiles pump into the watery beast, sending more bits flying off!
Georges loads another bolt, and pumps a shot at the creature. It lands true, creating a small splash where it passes through the ensorcelled water.
The beast drags Bildaweer underwater, undeterred by the pummeling it took.
I cannot find a good ruling on this point online (other than a general "being underwater doesn't prevent spellcasting". So I want to pose it to you guys for your choice: when underwater, do you believe characters without Water Breathing should be able to cast spells with a verbal component? I have my opinion, but as we don't have a clearly spelled out bit (other than "gagged characters cannot cast spells with verbal components"), I'd like to know your thoughts. Bilda wasn't underwater yet (just IN the water), so this magic missile was no issue at all.
