Hi everyone! First of all I'd like to apologize for my two-week absence. I'm back with some sad news (sad for me anyhow).

The day I was hoping would never come has arrived: Due to recent changes in my life (some good, others not so much) I am going to be forced to drastically cut back on my game involvement.

Thank you for the opportunity to play in your game, @lunitar. I wish I could continue but I can't. I think I owe it to everybody as well as to myself for Gunnar to die or depart in a way that serves the story rather than just drop out. I'm willing to work with you on exactly how.

Or, maybe we can get someone to take him over and keep him alive? Unless you think you might be back someday to play?

As tempting as that sounds, I think it would be selfish of me. But thanks for suggesting it.
Is this where I begin to take my exit? I said I'd stay on until we can write Gunnar out of the story - this sounds like the start of it.

How quickly do you need out? I can work out so you would have a chance, someday of returning and can make it happen whenever you need.

Despite many interruptions, I love how this game never dies. In PbP, I feel this is a rare thing and this game gives me hope. I have to admit, I am quite rusty in my knowledge returning from the last gap in time.

To answer your question lunitar, I like the first one best!

I like the second map. It's easier to read, as the names are highlighted white in the background to make them stand out against the darker areas.
