Chapter 1: Burnt Offerings
You rush toward the North Gate, turning the corner in time to see a group of goblins surrounding a lone man and his dog. There are seven goblins, one of which is mounted on a large goblin dog. The mounted goblin is wielding a polearm, and stabbing at the human's dog, which is barking and growling at the mounted creature, trying to protect his master.
You all watch as, suddenly, the goblin brings down his polearm on the dogs head, ending its life. The goblins cheer and begin to advance on the helpless man. As you skid to a halt they hear you and several of them turn around, baring weapons.
When Urthask charges and hits, allies gain a +2 bonus on their next attack roll against the target of that charge. This bonus must be used before Urthask's next turn, or it is lost.
Challenge
Once per day, a cavalier can challenge a foe to combat. As a swift action, the cavalier chooses one target within sight to challenge. Whenever an Order of the Bear beast rider issues a challenge, his allies receive a +1 circumstance bonus on melee attack rolls against the target of his challenge whenever he is threatening the target. This bonus increases by +1 for every four levels the cavalier possesses. Challenging a foe requires much of the cavalier’s
concentration. The cavalier takes a –2 penalty to his Armor Class, except against attacks made by the target of his challenge.
*Choosing to Overrun G2 instead of the Disarm attempt on GB.
*Does Arktos also gain +2 to attack from Distracting Charge? If he does, I haven't factored that in.
*Also not factored in: +1 bonus to my attack roll (granted by Challenge).

As Arktos and Urthask charge in and bowl over G2, knocking him to the ground, a crossbow bolt whizzes by and hits the mounted goblin in the side of his chest (5 damage). He almost loses his seat, but manages to catch himself at the last moment. His relief is short lived as Urthask's lance catches him in the side (10 damage), blowing through and out the other side, ending his life immediately.
The goblin dog growls loudly as he feels his master be blasted off of his back.
Daire charges in behind the great bear and his rider, launching his flail out in a quick arc to crush the skull of the now prone G2 (8 damage). His second strike hits the already dead creature, just for good measure.
Still have Gongar and Xandak who have to go

Gongar rushes forward, launching his whip at G1 as he advances. He scores a nasty hit on the goblin's cheek (4 damage), leaving a long gash on it's face. His following hammer swing and attack on the goblin dog with his whip fail to connect.
Xandak has better luck with his attacks. His first jab lands on the goblin's sternum (8 damage) and you hear a loud crack as the bone breaks. His follow-up strike with his knew snaps the goblin's head back (6 damage). It falls lifelessly to the ground.
G1 screams wildly and begins viciously attacking Gongar. The skilled dwarf manages to fend off all of the goblin's attacks.
The goblin dog, furious at its master's death, bites at Arktos. It manages to get ahold of the great bear's neck (9 damage) and begins to tug back and forth, attempting to rip its throat out.
G5 is hopelessly clumsy and misses on three consecutive attacks.

Ok, I'm not sure if I did the attack bonuses correctly for the bear's Full Attack (bite, claw, claw). I gave Arktos a -5 on each subsequent attack.

4/12 HP
So here's what I'm doing - I'm just gonna roll three attacks. If any one of them kills G6, he will use the rest of them on G5. If somehow both G5 and G6 die, he will use any remaining attacks on the Goblin Dog.
Edit one more time since Power Attack has been clarified: the second attack should be 18 to hit with 7 damage, and my third attack was a 13 to hit with 7 damage
Rolls
First Attack (Power Attack) - (1d20+4, 1d6+6)
1d20+4 : (4) + 4 = 8
1d6+6 : (1) + 6 = 7

Action 2: Attack at full bonus
Action 2: Attack at -5
Depending on who's still a threat after Arktos and Xandak's actions, Urthask targets Dog, G5, or G6 in that preferential order.

1d10+4 : (6) + 4 = 10
Arktos roars in pain and begins to bite and claw at the disgusting creature that bit it. He bites at the little creature, but it is too quick and manages to duck back. A paw swipes across and the dog holds back, then lunges forward just in time to have its face horribly clawed by the powerful bear (8 damage).
Urthask drops his lance and draws his bastard sword to attempt to defend his faithful companion. He slashes at the creature twice, but the pained movements of his mount make it impossible to land a blow.
Daire rushes forward to aid his allies, flail spinning out in its chain. He lashes out once and the powerful weapon lands a solid blow on the goblin dog's skull (8 damage), killing it instantly.
Rolls
Grab and pull - (1d20+1)
(17) + 1 = 18
